PARC Meeting with the General Council

This function was held at Stella Mary's Penang in November 2010. We prepared breakfast, lunch, tea break, cocktail and dinner. We had a variety of dishes from western to local flavor. We also take this opportunity to thank Brother Rogers for engaging us to do this job.

Finally I am at my desk and can send you a quick one just to thank you, for all your kindness and work you did for our PARC Meeting with the General Council, at Stella Mary’s in Penang. I think it was a very good meeting and everything was taken care of. The food was excellent and I would say a five-stars class. You thought about everything and about everyone’s taste. You put a lot of the Malaysian flavor, not only in your food but in the atmosphere there. We all know that you not only prepared the food, but you also put all your Lasallian Heart on it, it was one of the best ingredients. I was very impressed to see your wife helping and your bother and sister in law. Thanks Sugu, I hope I can go back to Penang some time soon, really, I love it! And of course if you ever have the chance to come to Japan, please let us know. I’ll prepare Japanese food for you, or at least Mexican food with a Japanese taste J.Thank you very much

Prakash & Janze Wedding Dinner (September 2010)

This is a wedding dinner for 250 packs Non Vegetarian and 30 pack for Vegetarian held in Taman Saujana Indah Community Hall Bukit Mertajam.


This is a buffet dinner for Vegetarian and Non Vegetarian. Here are some of the items we served. Mapilai Briyani, Chicken Vindalu, Mutton Masala, Mix Vegetable, Acar Buah, Onion Bughi, Fried Fish Fillet, Watermelon, Orange Juice and many more.

Prakash & Janze Engagement Dinner (Jun 2010)

This is an engagement dinner for 150 packs held in Taman Saujana Indah Community Hall Bukit Mertajam.

This is a full vegetarian buffet dinner.  We served Briyani, Kurma, Cabbage Kuttu, Raita, Vegetarian Soya Ball, Watermelon, Punch drink and many more.
